At Novara Media we’re looking for filmmakers exploring the most challenging and urgent issues of our time. There are many platforms out there for documentaries, but Novara aims to give producers the freedom to relate their content into wider political analysis. We like to encourage our viewers, listeners and readers to link ideas and experiences, equipping people with a diverse range of perspectives and a sense of hope for not only a better media, but a better society too.

As a result of the generosity of our supporters, we are now able to provide a modest retainer for a small handful of committed and resourceful filmmakers to produce new content over the next few months. We will review projects at any stage of completion and, in certain cases, can provide in-kind support in the form of equipment or technical assistance.
